Princess of the Amethyst Throne

Aethelesca Vályntheriel d'Lyandariis, Princess Royal of Peltas, Duchess of Ayath Lenora, Heir of the Star Sapphire Crown, and Witnesser of the Five; or simply, Aethelesca:

She also goes by Emma in the Common tongue, short for her elven name’s Common form of Emmaline. Next in line for the Amethyst Throne, the Princess takes after her mother in beauty and wisdom and her father in strength and charisma and charm. The oldest of three siblings, the two younger ones being her brothers, Princes Lyrandrar and Tamnaeth, she tragically lost her mother the Queen in young adulthood when she was captured by enemies of Peltas and executed. Though those who murdered the Queen paid dearly, it was nonetheless a very heartbreaking moment for her father and the kingdom, for the royal couple was quite beloved by their subjects.

As she had no sisters, she thus grew up with the Faezira sisters as her close friends and confidants; It was during this time that she grew very close with both Valariel, the second-oldest sister, and Gwydionnel, the oldest of the boys. As they were of the same age and their families being powerful allies, she and Gwydionnel were betrothed to each other, by all accounts being a perfectly-made match.

The Duchy of Ayath Lenora is her family's most ancient title, being the holding her family held before the land was unified into the Kingdom of Peltas. It encompasses the family's oldest lands and holdings and is known as the Crownlands in modern times. Ayath Lenora is more-commonly used to refer to Peltas' capital city.

When the kingdom's Heir makes their debut to the court and people of Peltas, they're granted the Duchy of Ayath Lenora as essentially an official rubber stamp. When Emma and Gwydionnel marry and she takes the throne, he'll hold the title of Duke of Ayath Lenora as her Prince-Consort.

Her royal bloodline stems from a stronger lineage to the Fey realm, with roots tying it to the Seelie Courts, according to some elite scholars deep within the Halls of Knowledge. Other than such knowledge about her family heritage, Emma also exudes a slightly more otherworldly elegance even amongst the already apparent Elven beauty in Peltas. She also gives off an unnatural glow and her noble gait is almost akin to gliding.

The Princess also has a stronger, innate arcane affinity compared to other Elves in the nation due to her noble family background. She does not only call unto powers of nature but also to the powers of the cosmos as well. But even with her powerful magical abilities, her abilities apparently dwarf in comparison to the King and Queen of Peltas. At first glance, even upon initial interactions, one can easily be awestruck (even stupefied) and intimidated by her presence. But upon getting to know her more beyond her regal persona, she's a fun-loving and easy-going lass and a loyal friend and partner to those dear to her.
